Bespoke Forest Bathing for Corporate Wellbeing

Research tells us that the quality of our wellbeing is connected to the quality of the natural environment around us.
Our nature experiences are specifically tailored to each groups’ needs, but always designed to be deeply relaxing and inspiring, and in tune with the nature we encounter. Each session draws from the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), which can support participants’ mental and physical health and wellbeing, and delivered by highly experienced guides, certified by either The Forest Bathing Institute or the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy.
All our Nature Experiences are based in a beautiful and secluded part of Epping Forest - home to 55,000 ancient trees, and a forest floor with one of the widest varieties of fungi in Europe.

What to expect from our Corporate Forest Bathing

Sensing into Nature
A sequence of specifically developed sensory activities help participants tune into and uncover the wonder and awe that infuses our consciousness when we explore nature with a clear mind and open heart.​
Cultivating Presence
Our guides are trained in mindfulness techniques and incorporate mindfulness prompts and breathing exercises into our nature experiences to help participants calm their thoughts and focus their attention on the present moment.​
Sharing Your Experience
We facilitate sharing circles throughout the session. Participants have expressed that the opportunity to share with others is often a session highlight - encouraging community and a deeper understanding amongst the group.
Creative Expression
Our bespoke sessions can incorporate creative activities including nature art, journalling, and embodied movement. Expressing our experiences through creative avenues can help us process and bring understanding to what we’re feeling.

Through a series of prompts and utilising various senses, Susan expertly invited me to place my attention on different aspects of the forest.
