Quarterly seasonal, immersive Nature-Connected experiences

Each session is based at The Hive site in Epping Forest.

Tailored 12-month schedule of Nature-Connected practices and activities

These include:

  • Guided 'nature-connected' practices (online or in-person)

  • Group challenges and team building activities

  • Facilitation of 'nature-connection' peer support groups

  • 'Nature-fying' the workplace

As mentioned it was nice to take the time to concentrate on the different elements of the natural environment and the senses in such a methodical and focussed way. I don't think I had done that before, not to that extent and for such a prolonged time. I felt I really got in touch with nature in a deeper way, as if a channel of communication had been opened, or rather I felt that I found a channel of communication with nature that had been there all the time but that I had been often too busy to connect with.
